Refund policy
Returns
You have seven (7) days from the date you receive your book to contact us, otherwise we cannot accept any returns or provide you with a refund.
While we do not generally accept returns/refunds for change of mind, if your book arrived in a damaged state please contact us at sales@kinshipbooks.com to discuss a return and replacement
To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please print and include a copy of your receipt.
Refunds
We will only provide a refund of the purchase price (not shipping costs). If we agree to accept a return, we must receive the returned book within our agreed timeframe and you must include a copy of your receipt. We will notify you once we have received your returned book and advise when the refund has been processed against the credit card you used for your purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange a book because of damage please send us an email at sales@kinshipbooks.com in the first instance. Once we have contacted you and agreed to an exchange send your book to: Kinship Books, PO Box 522, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
