Detailed Returns Policy

You have seven (7) days from the date you receive your book to contact us, otherwise we cannot accept any returns or provide you with a refund.

While we do not generally accept returns/refunds for change of mind, if your book arrived in a damaged state please contact us at sales@kinshipbooks.com to discuss a return and replacement.  In most other circumstances we will not accept returns.  However, we do endeavour to ensure our customers receive what they expect.  If upon receiving your book and having read it do not feel it is appropriate or what you were expecting, please contact us at sales@kinshipbooks.com to discuss a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Please print and include a copy of your receipt.

Refunds

We will only provide a refund of the purchase price (not shipping costs) if we agree to accept a return, we must receive the returned book in its original condition fit for sale within our agreed timeframe and you have included a copy of your receipt.  We will notify you once we have received your returned book and advise when the refund has been processed against the credit card you used for your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a book because of damage please send us an email at sales@kinshipbooks.com in the first instance.  Once we have contacted you and agreed to an exchange send your book to: Kinship Books, PO Box 522, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia.

Shipping

To return your book you should mail it to: Kinship Books, PO Box 522, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
